All delivery times communicated by us or shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays, including delays caused by carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, or events outside our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and to monitor tracking updates. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and, where appropriate, assist with carrier claims in accordance with our Shipping and Refund Policies.
